Run a verification

Open Compliance

Click Compliance in the sidebar.

Open NG Verify

Select the NG Verify tab.

Search

Enter a company name or CAC registration number and click Search.
From the verification result, click Link to client and select the client record. The result is stored on the client profile for future reference.

Flags and discrepancies

If a source returns a flag or the results conflict across sources, review the detail panel for each source. Document the discrepancy on the matter and escalate to a partner if the client cannot be verified.
Run NG Verify at the start of every new client matter rather than manually searching three separate government portals.
