* **Maximum views**: link deactivates after the view count is reached
* **Revoke**: immediately disable an active link
* **Reissue**: create a new link with the same settings

## Activity tracking

The portal hub shows who viewed each document and when. Open **Portal activity** on the document or client record to review access logs.

## Share via WhatsApp

From the portal hub, click **Share via WhatsApp** to send the portal link directly to the client's phone number.

## Portal chat

Clients can message your firm from the portal without a Largence account. Portal messages appear in Channels under the portal thread for that client and in the portal conversation view.

## What the client sees

Clients open links at `portal.largence.com`. The experience is firm-branded. No Largence account is required.

<Note>
  Clients who receive a portal link do not create a Largence account. Their access is scoped to
  exactly what the link permits.
