# Account setup

> Sign up your firm, complete onboarding, and configure your login URL and MFA.

## How firm signup works

**Origin** and **Edge** are self-serve, and is comin, complete the onboarding wizard, and start working immediately.

**Vertex** and **Zenith** are sales-assisted. Contact Largence to provision your organisation, configure SSO if required, and agree contract terms before your team receives access.

## The onboarding wizard

    This becomes your organisation display name across the product and client portal.

    Choose Nigeria, UK, or both. This sets default statute references and compliance modules for
    your workspace.

    Workspaces group matters by department or practice area. Add more workspaces later if your plan
    allows.

## Your organisation login URL

During onboarding, Largence assigns a subdomain: `{your-slug}.largence.com`. This is your firm's login URL. Team members who sign in here land directly in your organisation.

  Your organisation's login URL is `{your - slug}.largence.com`. Share this with your team rather
  than the generic `auth.largence.com` to ensure they land in the right organisation.

## Multi-factor authentication

Go to **Settings**, then **Security**, to enable MFA on your account. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app and save your recovery codes.

Org Admins can require MFA for all users under **Settings**, then **Organisation**, then **Security policy**.

## The Learn programme

Verified law students and legal aid organisations can apply for free access at [largence.com/learn](https://largence.com/learn). Approved applicants receive the Learn tier with an educational watermark on generated documents and non-commercial use restrictions.
